Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds
No change-of-mind refunds. ACL consumer guarantees apply as above. Separately: if an automated reminder fails because of our error and a renewal you registered passes with no reminder sent, email us within 30 days of the renewal date for a full refund of that year's subscription. Until automated reminders launch, the same refund applies if we fail to deliver your self-serve pack.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this information.
