ASIC renewal reminders · for company directors, trustees & business owners · general information, not legal advice · A$59/year, GST incl.
Never pay a late fee because a date slipped.
RenewalRadar sends five email reminders (T-60, T-30, T-14, T-7 and T-1) before every ASIC company and business name renewal on your account. For directors, trustees and business owners with entities on the ASIC register. One price: A$59 a year, GST incl., unlimited entities. Not a lodgement service, not legal advice, not a compliance guarantee.
01 · How it works
Three steps. Then you forget about it.
- 1
Add your entities
Your company, your trustee company, your business names. One account covers unlimited entities and reminder addresses.
- 2
We watch the review dates
Each renewal gets a five-reminder cadence mapped to its ASIC review date. The reminder chain is fail-closed: on any error we halt and flag for human review, never silently skip.
- 3
Five reminders, every renewal
Email at T-60, T-30, T-14, T-7 and T-1. You (or your accountant) lodge; the reminders mean the date never catches you off guard.
- T-60First nudge. Plenty of time: check the review date and who's lodging.
- T-30One month out. Documents together, accountant booked if you use one.
- T-14Two weeks. The "I'll do it on the weekend" window, made loud.
- T-7One week. Final call before the late-fee clock can start.
- T-1Tomorrow. If you haven't acted, this is the email that saves you.

02 · Why it exists
What it costs to miss
The late fee is automatic. It doesn't care that you were busy, that the email went to spam, or that your accountant was on leave.
That's the price per safety net, per renewal, per year. ASIC publishes its own late-fee schedule; we'd rather link to it than quote it here, because the number that matters is the date, not the dollars. One missed deadline costs multiples of this subscription. The exact multiple is on asic.gov.au.
- Free help, directly from the sourceASIC sends its own renewal notices to your registered address and ASIC Connect lets you manage dates yourself. If that's enough for you, that's the honest free route. RenewalRadar exists for people who want the five-reminder cadence to the addresses they actually check, for every entity, under one price.
03 · Honesty
What RenewalRadar is, and what it is NOT
What it is
- Email reminders for ASIC company annual statements and business name renewals, at T-60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day.
- Unlimited entities and reminder addresses under one A$59/year subscription.
- Fail-closed reminder chain: on error we halt and flag, never silently skip.
What it is NOT
- Not a lodgement service. We never log in to ASIC Connect, never handle your credentials, never lodge or store company documents.
- Not legal or compliance advice. The legal obligation to renew on time is yours; ASIC's published fees and dates override anything on this page.
- No deadline guarantee. Any reminder service that guarantees a deadline is lying. Keep your own backup calendar.
- No ABN tracking. ABNs have no renewal date, so there's nothing to track. Any service offering "ABN renewal reminders" is selling you nothing.

Fair questions, straight answers
The answers we'd give a friend asking whether this is worth A$59.
Which renewals do you track?
Company annual statements and business name renewals, the two with fixed ASIC deadlines. ABNs have no renewal date, so there's nothing to track there and we won't pretend otherwise.
Do you lodge anything with ASIC for me?
No. RenewalRadar is reminders only: it never logs in to ASIC Connect, never handles your credentials, never stores company documents. Lodgement stays with you or your accountant.
Can't ASIC remind me themselves? What's the free route?
Yes, and that's a real alternative. ASIC sends renewal notices to your registered address and ASIC Connect lets you manage your own dates, at no cost. The honest cost of the DIY route is your attention: checking dates across entities, keeping addresses current, and catching the one notice that lands in spam. We exist for people who'd rather pay A$59 than run that process themselves.
Do you guarantee I'll never miss a deadline?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Reminders are a courtesy, not a compliance service. We run a fail-closed chain (errors halt and flag rather than silently skip), and if we ever fail to send a reminder for a renewal you registered, the refund policy above applies. Keep your own calendar as backup.
Can I track multiple companies?
Yes. One A$59/year subscription covers unlimited entities and addresses: your company, your SMSF trustee company, your business names, all of them.
How do I cancel?
One click, any time, from any reminder email. Annual billing, no lock-in, no retention maze.
